Love Affair with Tortoise Shell…

Words cannot describe how much I adore tortoise shell.  Second is probably turquoise, so anytime I find the two together it’s a special moment for me.  It’s just so timeless and elegant.  Plus you can add a little pizzazz to a tshirt and jeans with a big piece of chunky tortoise shell jewelry.

You’ll notice I’ve tagged J. Crew and Tory Burch a lot and that’s because I own a lot of their pieces and they just know what they’re doing. Their pieces last and they are just stand alone statement pieces. And I’m all about some statements. 😉
